  This establishment is deplorable, unprofessional, and unsanitary.
  
  Even after filing complaints in the past. Management has yet to address the egregious conditions at this location. Circumstances have actually gotten worse.
  
  Department of Health needs to audit this restaurant hopefully shutting it down.

  I stopped by to get a mocha Frape. I asked for a medium. They gave me a small one. I was not even full it was full to the ice line and that is where the topping was. I am glad I received a small one especially for 2$.84 was a waste of my money tasted like chopped Ice I am really disappointed
  I went to the one on Louisville road
  Seems like the afternoon crew don't give a crap. I could have went to weigels iceee. Taste better than this

  You know, if it was possible, I would give it a 0. I got off work and decided to stop here for a quick dinner. I got me a double quarter pounder. I took it home and sat down to eat. I took my first bite and guess what? It was raw! Completely raw. Not only did I not get to have dinner, but I also managed to find a restaurant that I will never, EVER, visit again.
